Where do you ship?
Sorry, I currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
Shipping internationally is something I am looking into so please check back & hopefully I will have some updates soon!
I’ve placed an order, when can I expect it?
Standard and non personalised items have a turnaround time of 2 days from time of order. These are items like greeting cards, DIY surprise tickets or invitations etc.
Personalised items have a turnaround time of 3 days from time of order. These are items like surprise tickets, bespoke invitations etc.
These times are for production, delivery times will be in addition to the above turnaround times.
How are orders shipped? Delivery Times
Once your item has been created (see turnaround times above) it will be posted with Royal Mail. Our standard service is 2nd class delivery which typically takes 2-3 days, untracked.
If you require your item(s) sooner there are a couple of options:
Upgrading your postage options (to be done at checkout stage)
- 1st Class Postage - typically takes 1-2 days, untracked. £1.35
- 1st Class Postage/Signed for - typically takes 1-2 days, tracked. £3.05
- 2nd Class Postage/Signed for - typically takes 1-2 days, tracked. £2.55
- Express Delivery - Special Delivery (by 1pm) £9.95
I would also suggest dropping me a message on the Contact us page, prior to placing your order to double check current turnaround times.
I haven’t received my order, what now?
Don’t worry! Start with some checks, you should have received an order confirmation and also dispatch notification, to your email address both of these should include an estimated delivery time. A reminder that deliveries are working days (Mon -Fri) each week
If you feel that the delivery times have gone past the estimated time stated please drop me a message on the Contact us page and I can double check on things my end.
A reminder, your delivery time is an estimate and once I have posted your item, I have zero control over the delivery time from Royal Mail (I really wish sometimes I did!) At peak seasonal times like Christmas, any industrial action and even bad weather can cause delays to the delivery times.
If you would like some extra reassurance & to know where you item(s) are I would suggest upgrading to a signed for (tracked service, prices listed delivery times)
The personalisation information I’ve put on my order, is wrong?
If you have added a the personalisation information but realised you have made a mistake please get in touch as soon as you can via the Contact us page.
There’s something wrong with my order? (personalisation mistake, damage, don’t like your order)

Do you do custom designs/orders?
If you have an idea for an upcoming event and can’t find what you're looking for on our site, please drop us a message on the Contact us page. We would be happy to discuss your ideas and possibility of a custom design.
How do I complete my DIY items?
Our items such as the DIY gift tickets and invitations are left blank for you to fill your own details in. There are ‘how to’ guides on our instagram @Sparked_Studio if you are stuck or want to check first.
