Returns Policy

At Sparked Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for non-personalised products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (e.g., custom invitations, personalised gifts).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at heather@sparkedstudio.com  or use the Contact us page, with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2.3 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at heather@sparkedstudio.com  or via the contact page, with details of the issue and your order number.

3.2 Exchange Process
Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item. Once the return is received, we will ship the replacement item to you.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at heather@sparkedstudio.com or via the Contact us page.

4.2 Cancellation of Personalised Orders
Please note that personalised or custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
